St Paul's church is place of tranquillity and peace

We are located in the busy West End of London and, as well as being the Parish Church of Covent Garden, we are affectionately known as The Actors’ Church’ because of our long association with the theatre community.This beautiful church, built by Inigo Jones, has been here since 1633 and we are also proud to have an attractive churchyard where people can rest and find some peace and quiet in what can be a stressful and busy part of the city. Services are held every Sunday (at 11am) and most weekdays. We also host a wide variety of theatre, memorial services and concerts, totalling almost 300 events annually. As it says as you come through the church doors: We seek to worship God as made known to us in Jesus Christ.

We are unafraid to reason, laugh and explore.

We know we need one another as we try to embody our faith in our daily lives.
